How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within1–3 business days.
For custom or handmade items, please allow an additional2–5 business days, as each piece is carefully prepared just for you.
If extra time is needed, we’ll be sure to let you know by email.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.
In most cases, orders arrive within 7–18 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide 🌍
Please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement right away.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
We understand how concerning this can feel. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local courier directly to file a claim.
While we’re always happy to guide you through the next steps, we’re unable to replace or refund orders that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Are your products durable?
Our products are made with premium materials and designed for everyday use and comfort.
That said, they aren’t indestructible — normal wear, drops, or misuse may affect longevity over time.
Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Yes, we do. Many of our items are custom or made-to-order, created especially for you.
Because of this, custom or personalized items are considered final sale.
However, if there’s a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What is your return policy?
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note that certain items — including custom or personalized products — are not eligible for return.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If something doesn’t arrive as expected, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t entered processing or production.
Once an order is being prepared or custom-made, it can no longer be cancelled.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If a return is due to a defect or an error on our side, we’ll take care of it.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
You’ll receive an email as soon as your refund is issued.
